This summer DesignTech has welcomed three engineering interns to the team!
In the Kensington, MD office, Alec Gehman has been assisting the mechanical team. Alec has completed cooling load, ventilation, and RCL calculations in addition to AutoCAD projects, mechanical site surveys, and product selection. Alec will return to Grove City College next semester for his senior year.
In the Leesburg, VA office, Hannah Walsh and Robert Goodrich III have been hard at work supporting the mechanical and electrical engineering teams respectively. Hannah has been working on drafting and mark-ups of construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, as well as assisting on site visits developing existing conditions for several projects. Robert has been assisting in taking down information onsite, double checking calculations and circuitry, translating information to online files, and utilizing AutoCAD to correct and create drawings. Robert and Hannah will both return to Grove City College in the fall to start junior year classwork.
