New area drains were added, new landscape lighting and power was added, and a new fountain was installed. New landscape lighting and power was added to the front of the building where the dining room was expanded to create an outdoor dining area. A free standing smoking shelter was added to one side of the new dining room expansion on the front of the building. A new pulper machine was added to the dishwashing area of the existing kitchen. The existing electrical panels and transformers associated with the renovations were replaced with newer equipment. New energy efficient lighting was installed through-out the renovated areas, new VAV boxes were located above the new ceilings to serve the new areas and new plumbing piping was added to serve new devices.
The mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems for the expansion and renovation were extensions of the base building systems.
