Mellow Mushroom Rock Hill

Project is the renovation of an approximately 6,900 sq. ft. free standing restaurant building to accommodate a new restaurant.

The mechanical design included new branch duct and diffusers from existing roof-mounted equipment to serve the space. Connections to a kitchen hood were provided. 

The electrical design included new lighting and power and connections to kitchen equipment from existing panels served from the base building electrical service. 

The Plumbing design included connections to kitchen equipment with water heater, grease trap and sanitary connections and coordination with the civil engineer for bringing in the new fire sprinkler system service.
