FRC MRI/Ultrasound Suites

This project was a two phase 5,500 sq. ft. build-out/renovation of a MRI and ultrasound facility for Fairfax Radiology Consultants. The project included electrical power upgrade to the site to meet the requirements of the MRI equipment and new isolated cooling systems for the MRI rooms. The project was phased so as to maintain full operation of the facility during construction. The project design required careful survey and representation of the existing systems to address the phased construction and maximize the use of existing infrastructure as a cost containment strategy.
